No, it is not dying, and not dying soon. Just because there's a little job opportunities to work on, mainly on GUI, doesn't mean the framework will die any time

However, if you're referring to an individual named C, their mortality is subject to the normal course of life. Overall, whether C "dies" depends on interpretation: in the case of the language, its relevance may evolve with technological shifts, while for an individual, mortality is an inevitable aspect of being human.
