It purely depends on your interest and dedication apart from the trainer's capability and dedication. I normally do it for 12 to 16 days. It definitely will be hectic.

Learn C with Data Structure / Network / Unix System Programming

If you know basic C, then thats it. More than that means one need to learn Data Structure, Unix Syscalls (as many as possible), Multi-threading, and bit more on Computer Organization to understand advance concepts.
