Hi,
It is a common situation that everyone face. Well, here, all you have to do is :
1. Watch movies with subtle eng. Watch only for a small fraction of it.
2. Follow the way of pronunciation and write down the small phrases, because while we speak, we hardly use full sentences. Then practice it with following the stress, intonation rules, obviously count the context.
3. Do not translate from your native language.
4. Remember to increase your vocabulary with the context or on specific subjects/situation.
5. Think about English every day.
6. Read stories, as it helps to improve your vocabulary of n context, describing people, places and application timeline concepts in related to grammar.
I hope it will be right for you.
Thank you!
