My friend in my opinion basically it depends upon your interest only.
BCA is all about computer application
Whereas Btech is all about technologies and engineering of it.
If you throughly interested in concepts, technologies- their start, growth and future studies and engineering behind the things then go for sure to btech.
For the job point of perspective btech will provide vast amount of opportunities.
Think of your clearly and go for your choice.
