There are four distinct rounds for the on campus recruitment drive conducted by TCS in engineering colleges to recruit freshers.
Round 1. Mode: Online.
Aptitude Round. Consists of four sections.
Section 1. Letter Writing. Tips: Follow Campus Gate.
Section 2. Quantitative Aptitude. Tips: Follow Campus Gate.
Section 3. Technical Aptitude. Tips: Follow Tutorials Point, India Bix.
Section 4. Coding. Tips: Follow the textbook by Balaguruswamy.
Now there is a waiver for the Round 2, i.e. Quantitative aptitude for the ones in the top 75 percentile in college.
Round 2. Mode: Offline.
This is the Technical Interview.
Lasts for anywhere in between 10 minutes to 1 hour.

Round 3. Mode: Offline.
The HR round. Sometimes it is clubbed with the Technical round.
Lasts for a few minutes. Usually 10–15 minutes at max.
Round 4. Mode: Offline.
Managerial Round. This is an optional round.
If your Technical and HR rounds are good, you won’t be called for it. If they are at a fix whether to recruit you or not, you will be called for the Managerial Round. Usually a panel of two interviewers are there for 7–10 candidates. Lasts for 5–10 minutes for the entire group. Questions regarding the organisation are asked to see how well do you know TCS. Your marksheets might also be verified in this round
