I am from UPES. Location of the college is great. Infrastructure is really good. Check the status of NBA & NAAC certification. These certification gives good value. Compare the course curriculum with a standard state technical university curriculum. If you are joining a specialised course it will a good option (like Petroleum). You can join routine B.Tech / B.E course any where else also.
