For over twenty years, I have been intimately involved in teaching soft skills to more than 2,000 cadets and officers of the Indian Army and children of various colleges. I bring with me the innate fine qualities that the dashing officers of the Indian Army are known for, which include leadership, strategic thinking, critical decision-making, time management, team building, behavioural skills, public speaking and son on.
