I have completed my graduation BBM (Finance) in 2016 July. Since july I was tried many bank exams but non of them was cleared now what I should do?

See, no need to worry, it happens!! What all you need to do is figure out the area from where you are lacking behind. Start working on your weak areas and try to solve as many problem sums as you can in a day because in Banking you need to make strong your Aptitude as well as Reasoning part. Moreover what is needed is Time management because this is the main reason why you are not clearing your exams, work on it. First try to analyse what is your real area of interest of work.There are lot of options for you. For e.g: You can try for companies, either private or PSU by either preparing for walk-in-interviews or by writing competitive exams. If you think banking sector is the only area of your interest, then I think its better you join the coaching center for the same and try this time with full concentration and dedication. Do give a lot of mock tests on bank exams and also keep a watch on the previous year papers. read less

Hi Akash, don't be so much disappointed as you have just completed your BBM (Finance) last year therefore you have lots of opportunities. As per your concern towards banking jobs i would primarily suggest you to have a full focused preparation for banking exams this year and mainly try to have speed on solving the questions because in banks exams speed of solving questions matters more opt for seed test available online or also available with institutions providing coaching for banking. Akash dont get dissapointed you have prepared for8 months means you have got some knowledge on those subjects attend some 5 mock tests and assess your capability in each of the subjects. definitely you will find your backlogs and concentrate only on those backlogs for at least 3 months then again go for mock tests definitely you will succeed. read less

Simultaneously you should start concentrating on your post graduation or professional courses in finance like ICWA, MBA in finance etc that will surely help you with assignments in future. 3. Plan early for common exam: With the introduction of common written exam by Institute of banking personnel selection (IBPS). You will have to appear for only a single test & can apply to any bank recruitment with that score. The question paper will most probably contain the following sections:Reasoning, Quantitative aptitude or Numerical reasoning, English, General awareness & Computer knowledge.
