B Tech is Bachloer of Technology , while BCA is bachloer of computer application. B tech is 4 yr degree programme while BCA is 3 yrs graduaton. B tech is always better.You become engineer here.

Both provide graduation degree.But BCA is Bachelor of Computer Application whereas B.Tech is bachelor of Technology.Duration of B.Tech is 4 years whereas BCA is a 3 years degree course.
