BCA is a 3 years program to learn computer related programming and languages. But you need to compete your masters -MCA also after that if you want to join IT.
B.Tech/BE is a four years engineering program with comprehensive learning on computer related stuff.
You can go for banking or any goverment jobs after that. But for IT sector, They consider Btech/MCA freshers for same opened positions.

BCA full form is Bachelor of Computer Application this means they are going to teach you about the application in other words they are going to teach you it's use. Btech CS they are going to teach you programming by knowing that you can create any application if you want to know about programming go in YouTube and watch any language tutorial of C ,C++
