BCA deals with computer applications,computer programming languages. etc while BSC deals with physics , chemistry, mathematics etc. By the Way don't compare BCA or BSC, both are better. According to me BCA is better than BSc, because BCA has better scope than BSc in Computer Science.
If you have interest in computer related things, and want to your carrier in it. Then surely choose BCA.
If you like science stuff things and want to make your carrier in teaching,research,government services,want to go in higher studies. Then you should choose BSC.
