Designed mindfully by experienced professional Child Yoga experts, this course incorporates creative movement and breathing techniques with storytelling, music and improvisation to create a fun and memorable learning experience. This yoga journey is designed to develop a life-long love for Yoga and movement. Learners will be guided through breathing exercises like Triangle Breathing, Box Breathing, Refrigerator Breath and more, through which they will gain tools to manage their emotions, navigate stress and integrate mindfulness into everyday life, while also reaping the physical benefits of building a challenging Yoga practice, such as improved physical strength, flexibility and boosted immunity. Some yoga poses that will be covered in the course are Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana), Boat Pose (Navkasana), Shoulder Stand (Sarvangasana), Bat Pose (Meru Dandasana), Bow Pose (Dhanurasana), Legged Dog (Eka Pada Adho Mukhaswanasana) and many more. This course is an integrated learning program build around strong engagement and meaningful learning outcomes while creating something new for learners to look forward to in every session. Learners will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
