"The worst tutor. She doesn't tutor you instead only scams you. When i talked to her the first time she was at her best behaviour basically. Then i asked her for a demo and all she did was send me 3 pages and a one minute audio as a demo, then she just kept pressuring me to pay the fee. So i did, after that she din't give a specific time or duration of the class, so i did that, she confirmed that it was okay for her also as she is available anytime and for however long from 10am to 7pm (which isnt the case). 2nd day of our class and she starts yelling at me. Her style of teaching is trash as she only makes you write the notes that she has sent you and then reads the same thing out during class; you are not allowed to raise queries, add to what she is saying or otherwise she will again insult you, yell at you and say mean things. Not at all adjusting according to your time, if i asked her to start the class late or early due to any reason she started threatening me by telling me she had my msgs asking for a specific time slot without realising i too had a proof that she was not going with her list of promises at all (dint answer calls, sent her notes very late, dint encourage you to learn, instead insults you and shuts you up if you try). 5th day of class i told her i won't be able to attend class as my granny was in ICU. She yelled at me and stopped responding. Kept the fee for whole month when i asked her to charge me for 5 days and refund the remaining amount she ghosted me. "

"I am not satisfied at all. She does not respond if you are unsatisfied. Till you have not deposited fees she will respond after that she will not. Very bad experience. "

"Respected her for age. But she has got high attitude. She might have had solid experience but not at all suitable for teaching. I don't recommend any one to respond her for taking classes. It is waste of your time. Urban pro also needs to think to maintain her profile. "

"When I gave request through urban pro for spoken hindi, she was the first person to call me and spoke very sweetly. But in the second class, when I asked a doubt, she was so rude and hung the call. I tried calling back but she didn't pick up. After few minutes she called me saying that she want to refund the money and don't want to waste her time with me. It was so stressful for me. I had so much interest in learning hindi and got fully disappointed. I thought old people will have patience to teach, but madam you are a bad teacher. "

"Since my childhood, the worst experience with any teacher so far. I have paid her for full month but it is unbearable to continue class with her after 10 days itself. She initially told me she will take one hour class everyday but in last 10 days she has not taught more than 10 mins a day, moreover, if you ask her any question, she is extremely rude and insulting. It is a scary and very ugly experience with her. She has wasted my hard earned money and moreover had been a stressful experience to deal with her past few days. Be careful and don't waste money and time here. "

"If you are a working professional, she will tell she is fine for our convenient timing. After 2 classes, she will be replying that she is in class with other students. And if we reply that we have client calls and will be busy during her timing. Her attitude changes on. This is not good for a teacher. Though I paid 1 month fee, I dropped of initially. I never faced any such teacher from my childhood. And I wont encourage such things with teachers even to my kids. "

"Ok as a teacher. Terrible insensitive human being. So disappointed. I could not attend or inform her about not being able to attend classes because faced several deaths and was overwhelmed with work. She is as it is very crass in her manner of speaking but you can ignore it you think she is old and rough around the edges. But to yell at me for not being in touch with her because I was grieving/overworked just shows what a pathetic human she is. And please why did she do it. So that I don't ask for a refund. Which I wasn't going to in any case in all fairness. But just imagine. Truly. The pandemic is india is not only because of infection but because of lack of empathy and absolute inhuman apathy shown by people. And to imagine she is a parent. Hope she does use that money for helping people though. We indians are worst when it comes to putting money before even the barest of humanity and decency. Will be blocking her number so don't have to hear her awful voice ever again. "

"she is not able to adapt to the needs of the student, She only give handwritten notes and hardly teach anything. most of her notes are outdated and bad.for new joiners I would advise all of you to fix your class timing else she will not fix your class timing so every day you have to ask for a time when she is free and if she is not free then you can't have class. I didn't learn anything under her "

"It was a really good and wonderful experience. Vandana Ji provided her material which was very helpful for understanding basic grammar. It was worth for me to attend the classes where I learned grammar and sentence formation, it was an easy way of learning Hindi. Her guidance provided is very much helpful and the classes were very interactive and expanded my knowledge in learning the language. "

"She is not able to adapt to the need of the student. I stopped the class after 5 lessons, even if I paid for 30. She does not come prepared. Maybe she is able to teach children only, not adults. "
