For literary subjects, I would emphasise reading and writing through storytelling and interactive reading sessions. How to use manipulatives for basic mathematical operations and also help them understand with real-life examples. Help children understand and learn in a fun way. Conduct timely assessments. Also, I would set clear boundaries of behaviour for each child who is coming to learn. Appreciate children when they perform well and motivate them to do better. I also attend workshops and seminars to stay updated on the latest and most effective teaching techniques.
