To get started with Technical analysis, I recommend "Getting Started in Technical Analysis" by Jack D. Schwager.
Though just a suggestion from our side that practical knowledge with a course can help you out in Trading and not a book!
First, you need to learn the difference between TRADING and INVESTING (sorry, I won't be explaining it here). Then learn about Indian exchanges where you can invest/trade like NSE, BSE, MCX and various...
