"I first attended Saainirmala‘s EFT course and very much impressed with the ease with which she did inner child integration for one of participant.The learning was very powerful. I started practicing EFT got Amazing results and signed for Silva Ultramind. I do not have words to describe the inner Peace I got with Silva meditation. It was very close to depth , I got with my 10 years of Meditation practice. IMO you do require any other technique if you learn the EFT and Silva Meditation. EFT and Silva Meditation should be taught in all colleges , Schools, ashrams and Meditation centers. And heartfelt thanks to Saainirmala for her excellent training. "
