I’ve been learning C language for 3 weeks but it’s becoming more difficult. As a result, I’m becoming lazy. What should I do to motivate myself?

Think of you goal. Why you are learning, what will you achieve out of it. Stop theory for a while and write programs. Change your schedule. Sometimes changing layout of your household items also helps changing things a bit :)

Its always considered as a healthy programming to return something from your program. Advantages: You can control what kind of message you want to return if your program fails and what kind of message you want to return if your program passes. Advantages: You can control what kind of message you want to return if your program fails and what kind of message you want to return if your program passes. I guess you question is in context of main method. That method is invoked by OS whenever you run the program, so it will be good if OS knows weather your program passed or failed.
