The player assessment will be done on the day of joining, depending on the assessment results the schedule will be planned for the player. The training module consists of Dynamic warmup, planned sessions, focusing more on accuracy and strengthening on your strokes. Every six weeks the training module will be changing. We do focus on off-court sessions like strengthening, agility, core workout.
