"Shubham was recommended to me last year when I was searching for good kathak institutes. Joining Shubham was one of the best decisions of my life. Kathak tutor Barnalee ma'am is very graceful dancer who helps her students to reciprocate the dance moves with utmost patience. Shubham is the right place for people who love dancing or who are willing to learn dance. Students can take certifications from Prachin Kala Kendra. Overall a great place to learn and enjoy dancing. "

My guru, Mrs.Barnalee Sarkar pours her heart and soul while teaching the fundamentals of the dance and train us till we attain perfection. "My daughter Udisha has been attending Kathak classes at Shubham since 2014, Shubham's founder Bernalee is a dedicated Kathak & Odissi teacher teaching in a style so the children can relate & pick up quickly and they gain trust and endure their interest quickly. She has the equal concentration on all children & ensures they all are at the same page while learning . She makes the children feel comfortable. They get the opportunities to perform in various stages, Shubham conducts national level exams time to time. Children get to attend various workshops for music & dance time to time. Shubham's founder is Bernalee Sarkar, a dedicated Kathak & Odissi teacher who mastered dancing from Nrityagram. She blends in the authenticity of traditional dancing with a teaching style that young children can relate with, to gain their trust and sustain their interest. She paces the training in a manner that children will feel comfortable, gives them opportunities to perform, takes them through a certification from Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh, teaches them the importance of practice, body posture and moves and last but not the least instills a sense of pride in their young minds about our rich artistic heritage! "All over experience is good. Our teacher takes classes with lots of patience. In this way our base become very strong. Dance teachers are normally did not spend long time for one step per person which I like most. But Classes are need to be more strict classes, well structured and more systematic. If somebody misses the class, they should feel that they will miss something from learning. That will add more value to a class. Don't waste "words"/"time of a class" on them that why they are not coming regularly. To teach a new thing no need to wait for everyone and wait for perfection of all steps who all are came. Perfection will not come until unless your students are in the pressure of their own satisfaction."

Hindustani Music Classes

"The school is very organised one.The classes taken here is in a very friendly and flexible way.All the teachers and their teaching is meant for perfection.They offer a very authentic learning style in each subject. They also offer dance classes in kathak and oddisi along with Tabla,Guitar,Drums and Keyboard.It's always have been a very inspiring experience. "
