Shruthi had the interest in
psychology since her childhood. She started reading mental health related books at an young age and is continuing to
learn from them even now. The curiosity about why we behave
the way we do made her pursue her MASTERS in Counselling
Psychology. She started as a freelance counsellor and was able
to help more than 5000 people with one to one counselling and
several workshops for the college students and corporates. She
has conducted more than 500 workshops on happiness, anxiety,
depression, positive living and more.
Shruthi is unique in that she can explain difficult concepts
in a way that anyone can understand, pick up, and use. She
believes that everyone is capable of managing their lives and
living it fully. She has made it her life's work to inspire
and empower others to improve their lot in life. She employs
various therapy including CBT(Cognitive Behaviour Therapy),
NLP(Nero linguistic programming), Person-Centred, Gestalt and
hypnotherapy.

She had a profound base in Yoga since her childhood along with
professional trainings. She has completed RYT 500 in Hatha
yoga from a1000 Yoga Academy, Bangalore. She is a certified
Yoga teacher in Pranayama and Yoganidra practice. She holds
Advanced Mudra teacher Diploma degree from YMT, Chennai. She
has conducted more than 1000 workshops and retreats in various
areas like Yoganidra, Prayanama, Hathayoga, Mindfulness,
Meditation, Yoga Philosophy and Mudras for adults and kids –
which have been well received by the participants. She has
helped more than 10,000 students and participants in their
yoga journey. She has students from all over the world,
including India, the United States, Australia, Holland, and
Norway to name a few.
She holds the view that everybody and everyone may practise
yoga in their own way. She passionately imparts her knowledge
of yoga to her students, making the practise accessible to
everybody. She focuses not just on physical practise but on
the breath and inner self though the movements and stillness.
Her teachings include flexibility, strength-based, mindfulness
and breath practises and mind-body relaxation and mindfulness
practises.
For many Positive living and mental health workshops, one-on-
one counselling and Yoga initiatives, Chittamandara worked
