"I am from IT fulfilment life cycle and presales background, with a B.Tech[CSE]. I wanted to convert into Cloud Presales role as it has demand. Which is a complete role conversion. "I am from Test Engineer role. I have undergone trainings from top notch companies on AWS Cloud and DevOps, I could not succeed in the interviews. They were expecting live similar tasks experiences. I joined with Mr. Shanthi Kumar V as intern to do POCs, even though the fees budget was high for me. I could do many live similar tasks as POCs with his guidance/coaching and mentorship. "My learning Journey with Shanthi Kumar was extremely good. I have more than 10 years experience in IT industry in Private cloud, I had decided not to get only classroom training in AWS-certified-solutions-architect-associate training instead of more on hands-on experience daily basis. I reviewed multiple center and people then I decided to get training from Shanthi Kumar because he well experienced in the IT industry and very dedicated. I registered for aws-certified-solutions-architect-associate and he shared the overall agenda of the training and shared well-versed study materials. The Study materials covered all the topic and relevant guidelines/references from out of the box for each topic. He gave scenarios and do brainstorm session with him and prepare the very detailed action of Item for those projects. During the training session, he not only covered the topic, but he shared his work experience related to that. Very dedicated and sincere trainer. "Kumar doesn't follow the way of teaching what is in curriculum and end the course. Instead, he gives a scenario where we can map with the real time scenario and how we can work when we get into that scenario according to the ongoing session. He will also help you with career oriented training and tools we need to be updated on if we have to stay in the race. I would strongly suggest Shanthi Kumar for the training.. "
