How to cope up with slipped disc and weight management with such condition.

Hello, Nameste.First of all,start doing pranayam and follow a managed diet containing lot of water.To start off,you can start walking for 3 kms a day and do slight stretching. Before starting yoga,please consult a Docter or Yoga expert to know your fitness level.As there lot of specific Asanas to help... ...more
Hello, Nameste.First of all,start doing pranayam and follow a managed diet containing lot of water.To start off,you can start walking for 3 kms a day and do slight stretching. Before starting yoga,please consult a Docter or Yoga expert to know your fitness level.As there lot of specific Asanas to help you recover but face to face consultation is required.
