Deplorable means sad..pathetic...wretched. Eg.We were all saddened by the deplorable death of his son.

No...both are different and stand on their own part..."As far as I know" means to what extend of knowledge do u have about something. "As far as I m concerned" means the opinion or expression....

It's quite essential that when the language English is accepted as universal language then surely we got encourage people to learn at least to fill the gap instead of the a vacuumed atmosphere...this helps a lot in globalisation..

Yes it can be omitted because there are two different meaning...believe relates to firm so believe in relates to more firmly...believe in God here mean I firmly believe God does exist n his words but only believe means I just accept..
