Sourcing candidates through existing database, Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn.), Ads/posting, social media channels, networking, and referrals.
Conducting weekend drives when required to meet huge manpower demands.
Strong understanding and usage of Boolean search strings.
Filtered through and reviewed the completed candidate profile/resume and evaluated applicant's Work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary, and personal qualifications against open requirements.
