Chocolate Making Classes

"It was a wonderful session on how to make chocolates. We were guided step by step and all the errors that can occur and to be taken care of were explained. Salma's language was very good. Even thoughy the classes were conducted online we had a kind of hands-on experience in chocolate making. Now we can make our own home made chocolates.. for us as well as others. Thank you Salma "

Non Vegetarian Cooking Classes

"The tutor had very good English and the dishes we cooked were very tasty. We learnt the various ingredients and how to construct each dish. Overall about 5 hours and we got to eat the food and I have the recipe. "

Cooking

"Experience was really amazing for me, I felt like in my own family, and Salma is such a great teacher! She is very clear and patient, she gives all recipes on paper, and step by step we can watch many different Indian dishes. All cooked with really good and fresh products, and the taste is the best I ever tasted.So if you want to follow cooking classes in Bangalore, it's the best address for doing that, you will love it for sure; Salma is such an incredible cook. "If you've never made chinese food before and just want an introduction, there are many group and basic classes to choose from. But if you really want to get into it, Salma G is awesome. She has many dishes you can choose from. I learned to make Veg Hakka Noodles, Veg Fried Rice, Veg Manchurian, Potato Noodles roll and Veg Soup. All turned out super delicious Highly, highly recommend! "

Chinese Cooking Classes

"Salma G is a great cook and accomplished informal teacher. She teaches all what needs to be done in cutting, mashing, slicing, cooking, and the like. The result for all dishes was wonderful, and I very much doubt, you would ever go wrong with her methods of cooking. I'm tempted to do the class again with a very different choice of cuisine. Do it; you'll love it.I highly recommended her "
