There are some renowned certifications available. If you don't have any graduation in MBA-HR, try pursuing from a well-known institute like IIM, XLRI, TISS (If you are financially sound). Degree from these institutes will boost your HR career. If you already graduated in MBA-HR, then go for Aon Hewitt Certification/XLRI Talent Management Certification. I have heard LinkedIn courses are also worth giving a try.
