IdentityI am a 200 hours trained yoga teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance. I come with a background in Hatha Yoga. I have personal training experience with students across nationalities. I not only teach but am a regular practitioner and a student of Hatha Yoga myself.
My teaching is need based. Classes are 100% customised as per student requirement. I first understand the needs, goals, medical conditions if any, of the student, and then collaborate on a roadmap to get there. Periodically, the process is reviewed, and changes, if any required are made.
Complete attention and guidance through the practice in terms of alignment and modifications in case of injury/medical conditions is provided.
