For the past five years, I've dedicated myself to the noble pursuit of fitness and wellness, specializing in weight training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and boot camp workouts. As a Level 3 personal trainer certified by RETS India, I bring a wealth of expertise and passion to my role in guiding individuals on their fitness journey.

My journey in personal training began at Cult Fit Gym, where I spent four years honing my skills and honing my craft. During my time there, I had the privilege of working with over 100 clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives through exercise and lifestyle changes.

Now, as I embark on the next phase of my career as an independent personal trainer, I am excited to continue making a positive impact on the lives of others through individualized training sessions. Whether online or offline, I am committed to providing personalized attention and support to each client, tailoring my approach to their specific needs and goals.

My training sessions typically last 45 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes dedicated to warm-up exercises to ensure a safe and effective workout. Each session is focused on practical, hands-on training, where clients are guided through a series of exercises designed to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and enhance overall health and well-being.

In addition to exercise instruction, I also provide valuable guidance on diet and nutrition, recognizing the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellness. By offering personalized nutrition plans and ongoing support, I empower my clients to make positive choices that support their fitness goals and lead to long-term success.

As I continue on this journey of personal training excellence, my goal remains unchanged: to inspire and empower individuals to live healthier, happier lives through fitness. With each session, I am committed to helping my clients unlock their full potential, overcome obstacles, and achieve their fitness dreams.
