I have been training clients for the past 7+ years now.
I am an ACE and NASM certified personal trainer and Nutritionist.
I believe in smart work than hard work.
I am an Engineer graduate but Fitness is my passion and I love training people and giving them results.
I was really fat when I was a kid and used to get bullied for the same. Due to which I had to start working out at an early age and fell in love with the process. It would help if you ate in calorie Surplus. That's the only way. It doesn't matter if you are a vegetarian or a Non-Vegetarian. For Example, if Your body needs 2000 calories, You need to eat 2500 calories to increase your weight gradually. Also, understand weight gain and building muscles are not the... ...more
  • It would help if you ate in calorie Surplus. That's the only way. It doesn't matter if you are a vegetarian or a Non-Vegetarian. For Example, if Your body needs 2000 calories, You need to eat 2500 calories to increase your weight gradually.
  • Also, understand weight gain and building muscles are not the same things. So eat More food like oats, Brown rice, Roti, Corn flakes, Brown bread. 
  • Have adequate protein in your diet such as paneer, soya chunks, dal, rajma, etc.
  • Add Weight training for 30-40 minutes to build muscles as you gaining weight.

If you do these things in the next 3-4 months, you will see tremendous results.

Start Talking your heart out. Yes, it might get uncomfortable initially, but with time you will start to feel confident.Be energetic and use straightforward sentences, Don't complicate words.Talk to as many people as possible. Make a mistake, learn, grow!Cheers :)

It depends on many factors. trainers experience and certifications plays a vital role. but a basic personal trainer you migh get for 500rs per hour so for 12 sessions it will cost around Rs 6000k.
