IdentityI've been a fitness coach for the better part of five years. I've worked extensively with both pro and recreational atheletes. My certifications include ACE-CPT, CrossFit level 2, NSCA - CPT, AHA, CrossFit gymnastics and weightlifting. I've also served as the officiating judge for the CrossFit opens '17 and '18.
My primary belief in fitness is it is universally scalable and I welcome everyone to give it a go to better themselves and their lifestyles. My fitness is curated to be fun and backed by science.
The process I follow is pretty customary where I'd like to know my client, their health history, athletic and anatomical background, habits and lifestyle. Followed by discussing their fitness goals and set micro tasks that leads to macro achievements.
