It is a genuine problem in India. You are using English only when you are socially connecting with the outside world.
I would strongly suggest you connect very frequently with your colleagues/friends or whosoever you think you need to talk in English.
Second, to talk in English, you need to listen to fluent people. Subscribe to events/discussions/channels etc. which use only English as the primary language to share information. That way, you will know where you are lagging in terms of your communication.
Speaking in front of a mirror with some context regularly helps more than anything else.
Follow these few tricks:-
1. Listen, listen and listen
2. Talk in front of the mirror on some meaningful context without using any notepad
3. Make a small group who share a shared vision of scaling up in English communication and make daily connect.
4. Practice colloquial spoken English and listen back to what you say every time. Track your grammatical errors and rectify.
