He is a corporate trainer and a senior academician in the field of OB/HR. He is currently working as Associate Professor in the Institute of Management, Christ University Bangalore. Apart from his corporate and teaching experience in the field of OB/HR, he conducts MDPs (Management Development Programs) for corporate managers, entitled ‘’EQ- The Success strategy of 21C Managers’’ in reputed companies.
In addition to this he has rich experience in conducting faculty development Programs(FDPs) for well-known management institutes in the country. He is a resource person for NICMAR, Pune and many other well-known management institutes. He is also in the research panel of CMR University, Bangalore.
