"Parul Aunty is an incredibly warm person whom I enjoyed learning from. I learnt how to cook Chinese food from her and fully intend to visit her again to learn North Indian and Chats separately. She was very patient and following up every step of the way to make sure I understood and giving me very handy tricks and trades that I will definitely use for years to come. I am very happy I discovered her. Enjoyed having lunch with her and her hubby, two very hospitable people. "

"Parul aunty is an amazing cook, but along with that she and her husband are very good host also. She taught me Chinese cuisine with lots of patience and also gave me few specifications that should be kept in mind while cooking Chinese food. I will really recommend everyone to go for her classes as she is not only a great cook but her enthusiasm is contagious as well. "

"Parul mam gave cooking lessons to my 14 yr old daughter and 15 yr old niece . Both of them wanted to experience this art form so that they could explore with spices . I am so happy that I found her in urbanpro as no one else would have so beautifully taught than Parul ji . She has motivated them so well that after the initiate 5 lessons itself I could see both experimenting in the kitchen . Thanks to her relentless efforts and cheerful nature . Both have absolutely enjoyed the experience of cooking with her and I am hoping that they would keep in touch with her to learn more . Thank you Parulji for playing a huge role in empowering them in this valuable life skill. "

After every class they wouldn't cease to admire her culinary skills, and the meticulous yet simple way in which she taught them the different dishes. They have now gained tremendous confidence in cooking. They also enjoyed a lot learning from her. Thank you Parulji for inspiring and motivating the girls, and for making cooking 'FUN' for them. "Her cooking skills are just mind blowing and getting a chance to learn from her, really gave me the confidence to cook a variety of dishes with ease. Hands on cooking classes at it's finest! She provides recipe handouts for the class she takes, prior to beginning the session and gives tips on making the cooking process better. Her enthusiasm to teach cooking is what helped me learn better! Would highly recommend for any and all wanting to learn how to cook well. "

"I am 14.5 years old and I wanted to learn some basic cooking as a life skill and also because I enjoy cooking. So, when me and my mother were looking for some cooking classes, we came across Parul Aunty's class and immediately had a gut feeling that this class would be very professional and authentic. Well, let's just say we weren't wrong since Parul Aunty's classes were very well organized and her recipes were the real deal. She keeps her kitchen very clean and explains each step of the process in a simple way along with why we do certain things. I also learnt many useful tips and tricks for beginners like me. She is a great teacher and also an interesting person to talk to. You can tell by how meticulous she is that she really loves cooking and that it is her passion. It was a great experience overall and a fruitful use of time in my summer vacation. Thank you Parul Aunty for the mouthwatering food (and recipes). "

"She is a superb hostess and a great cook. Her dishes were scrumptious. The traditional Gujarati bitter gourd preparation, the paneer- mutter masala, and the veg biryani were simply so delicious. "I have attended cooking classes with Parul mam twice and would like to attend again in the future to learn other cuisines. I have attended chats and north Indian curry sessions with mam and I thoroughly enjoyed them. I have been cooking for almost a decade now but still I got to learn lot of new ideas and tips on cooking. "I highly recommend Parul's cooking classes. Well organized, well explained and very interesting. A variety of dishes to choose from the list she prepared, both South and North Indian. She shared many tips which are very useful for any foodie. And made me realize that its not very difficult to cook tasty Paneer Butter Masala and Vegetable Jalfrezi. "
