I am a QCI certified yoga instructor Having done YIC from SVYASA University. I am teaching yoga for more than 2 years. Yoga is for every one but it needs an expert to categorize and explain in right way to the target group to let the person get maximum benefit of the Ancient Yog Vidya. In my class many people have been benefited by various pain, solar plexus displacement, over weight etc. Starting the day with yoga is the best way to start with.
I take classes for diabetics patents also.
