Teaching is all about becoming a bridge that connects your students which their true potential and helps them to achieve their hopes and aspirations. True education should not only clear all the academic concepts and doubts but also should let students know about the practical implications in real-world scenarios. who, why, what, where, and when should always be in focus and must be emphasized. Independent critical thinking, life skills, and the ability to contribute to society in an ethical way should always be considered. Fairness was always the central theme of my Classroom managing style.
