Is IELTS band 7 enough for Canadian PR?

Hi, Band 7 in IELTS would be enough to apply for Canadian PR through Federal Skills Category. But, as a candidate from India, it would be very difficult for you to meet the cut off CRS points with this IELTS band unless you have a PHD or siblings in Canada with PR status. Hi, Band 7 in IELTS would be enough to apply for Canadian PR through Federal Skills Category. But, as a candidate from India, it would be very difficult for you to meet the cut off CRS points with this IELTS band unless you have a PHD or siblings in Canada with PR status. Therefore, it is recommended to score CLB 9 (Canadian Language Benchmark) in IELTS to get a good CRS score which lead you to PR status. Scoring 8 in listening and 7 in all other 3 modules will help you to meet CLB9 score. Hope this was helpful. Please do contact me for more information about Canadian PR and IELTS training for it.
