Hey Ramesh,
Few tips
1) First, start speaking any content, and be open to making mistakes
2) Once you have confidence in speaking, start checking Grammar.
3) Again in Grammar, start focussing on major tenses (Present, Past, Future)
4) Try to talk about a story in Present tense, retain the same story in Past tense.
5) Differentiate between regular and Irregular verbs while speaking.
6) Always record your speech and listen to yourself so that you know your mistakes.
7) Make as many mistakes as possible because the more mistakes you make, the more comfortable it is for you to understand your mistakes.
8) Find out any opportunity to speak, be it with friends, or family or with colleagues
Ask them to give you honest feedback.
9) If you have a well-wisher or a close friend, daily pick up a small topic and speak and make sure he gives you feedback in a proper way.
