It is advisable to learn 5-10 words every day for improving vocabulary. The best approach is to find a subject of interest and learn the related vocabulary. For example, if you like reading fiction books, you can always make a note of the difficult words you came across while reading a particular fiction book with an understanding of the usage and context as a daily activity. This way you will never get tired of reading and you will have learned some new words. Speaking in front of a crowd or among a group of people, e.g during a meeting or while hosting an event, is different from making a one-on-one conversation. You must be prepared to speak clearly, know what to speak, often emphasize on your points, and wrap up everything within a stipulated time frame. In this regard, I would suggest--since you are an introvert and not fluent in the language yet--you make videos of your speaking in English about a particular topic, say about the latest movie you watched or the book you read, and try to find areas where you can improve yourself. Address the areas of improvement and redo the video again until you think as an audience/viewer the ideas/thoughts are clearly expressed from the video. This routine will make you more confident and eliminate the repeated mistakes in your conversation, as well as improve fluency in the language. Hope this helps.
