As a Shadow Teacher at Orchids The International School, I tailored lesson plans to suit individual needs, used positive reinforcement to encourage focus and desirable behaviors, collaborated with parents to strategize interventions, and facilitated classroom integration for a Grade 4 student with ADHD and autism.
