"I have always struggled to gain weight and tried eating all kinds of heavy and junk food I could get my hands on but nothing worked till I met Julie mam. I can happily say today that in a span of 4-5 odd months I gained 5 kgs of weight. It is to be noted that I don't hit the him so regularly either because of my busy work schedule and just end up going for 1 or 2 days a week and yet I saw some good results. With someone like Julie mam to support as a fitness trainer I can definitely say you will be in safe hands. She first studies the client carefully understanding the areas we need to work on and designs a well thought out diet plan and relevant excercise to be taken parallelly to achieve the desired results. In my case, not being a very physically active person or playing any sports at all, mam was very understanding and took things slow with me initially and from not being able to lift even 1 kg of weight without pain, I went on to start lift 10 kgs of weight with ease. I would definitely recommend anyone to get in touch with mam if you are taking fitness, personal physical well being as an integral part of your life.
