Gym

"Being a food lover & trying different kinds of food at different hotels regularly had brought me to the stage where I reached 136 kgs before I could join this gym & I often wished or could only dream about getting slim ...& then after joining ironcult vishwantar sir & prasad sir came into my life & helped me to achieve what I am today. In the past I have been to many gyms & it seems like I always get super motivated for a week or a month and then find excuses like I am travelling, down with fever, cold cough, etc etc & stop going to gym. I have been gymming from past 21 months ( effectively only 520 days ) in this gym & with my good structured diet & exclusive workouts I have just lost 37 kgs & still counting, my motivation has only grown since the beginning. The combination of having an extremely helpful & encouraging trainer, Mr. Vishwantar & Mr. Prasad who are great at judging our current fitness level and creating new & diverse workouts each time. I am never getting sick of the daily routines workouts because they constantly keep changing. Not only are these trainers are great training, they are just down-to-earth dudes. They are 100% non-judgmental & mainly non-commercial, but they will still push us to do two more rounds when we feel we are done & no strength to do more. In short without vishwas sir & prasad sir I wouldn't have achieved my dream of becoming slim & trim in a healthy & natural way . " more

Gym

"I am a big fan of Ironcult gym and Vishwa coach. This gym is more than a fitness center. It is a temple of fitness, comparable to the temple gym of Dorian Yates. No fancy gadgets, just pure iron and other accessories wh...ich makes u stronger and functional. This gym started functional training >10 yrs back itself. This gym and coach really opened up my mind on fitness to think beyond aesthetics. Be it movement patterns, kettlebells, tyre flips, sledge hammer etc I have learnt everything from this gym. I am and will be associated with this gym forever. Anyone, who wants to learn strength training, functional training, kettlebells, calisthenics, movement exercises, Olympic lifts etc etc have to chk out ironcult. And for all these, its not even highly priced. Very affordable. And one more important aspect of the gym is that, the coach or the gym members are PROHIBITED to use or even discuss anabolic steroids. So, one can be very safe when suggestion of supplements are concerned. Also, every Fridays all the gym members go to a nearby ground for outdoor fitness. We do sprints, sledge hammers, tyre flips, tug of war, and also play a game of rugby. All this for no extra charge. Coach vishwa is not driven by making money out of the gym but his passion for fitness drives him to give all these extras for free. So, if anyone out there is wanting to gain aesthetic physique, or a functional body, or get strong , or be a hybrid athlete, IronCult gym is the place to be. Cheers! " more

"I have been an member of Iron Cult Gym for the past three year & definitely I rate the workout routines by Mr.VISHWANTHAR & Mr.SHIVAPRASAD are simply the best. The Functional Training Routines of IRON CULT are simply th...e best because they are not monotonous & boring like the other normal gyms which just have tons of treadmills & bicycle which just doesn't inspire you after about two or three months of workout. Final result you just end giving up on your gym & loose your fitness. In todays fast paced life & un-imaginable tension & work pressure 90% of the people do not understand how important it is keep yourself fit. A lot of youngsters looking to join gym do not understand the importance of being fit & rather are looking for shortcuts to achieve a 6 pack or an 8 pack in shortest possible time & to achieve that they go any extent without any proper guidance or knowledge which results in long term injuries & health issue's. This is where IRON CULT is a cut above the rest, just because of the vast knowledge & experience of Mr.Vishwanthar in the field of Strength, Functional Training & Diet. He does not believe in short cut's & rather his focus is on long term benefits on fitness which keep your mind & body healthy even as you grow old. With more than 10 years of knowledge in this field, you are sure to get the right advice in terms of the Fitness & Diet from Mr.Vishwanthar.
