My method of teaching and conveying concepts is what makes me a better teacher. I focus more on concept development and encourage self induced thought process which tickles the students imagination to think beyond their textbooks and help them understand the chapter or the subject in a deeper more meaningful way. I believe that this way of learning is the best because it has given me excellent outcome in terms of result, for my students as well as for myself.
I encourage my students to always think beyond the syllabi and develop an intimate relationship with the subject. 10% of all the students in the school are 'very good scoring (more than 90%). But the 1% are always those who have knowledge beyond what is there in their books. I myself strive to always be in that 1% and motivate my students to also be in that 1%.
This is the strategy i use for my students which has given me excellent result thus far.
