Training Graduates and Post graduates from different streams on communication, Soft skill
and Interview skill especially on HR Round, Group discussion and Presentation skills
• Being a part of recruitment team in selecting freshers and experienced trainers on
Communication, Soft skills, Verbal, Quantitative aptitude, Voice and Accent training by
conducting various rounds of interview like written test, face to face interview, demo session
on a given topic, accent testing etc
• Training new hired employees on campany’s induction training and Refresher training which
conveys the standard expectations of companies and clients.
