"Divya is a very jovial, cheerful and kind instructor who helped me learn swimming. I was not able to swim at all, and had some anxiety when going to a pool. Divya was able to guide me to overcome these and get comfortable with the basics of swimming. She helped me to improve my swimming abilities quite a lot over a span of few classes. She helped me practice a lot of fundamental swimming patterns, breathing abilities, flexibility, and other things that helped me get comfortable with swimming. Her kind and cheerful nature helped me get over many panic situations, and her overall teaching helped me a lot. I'm very thankful to her. "

It depends on where you stand physically. Swiming is the best low impact way to condition your core and improve your stamina. Babies are born swimmers but with time they forget how to too. So practice using the right technique and you just stronger with time, picking up different styles while also challenging yourself to deeper waters
