"I recently did a basic indian cooking class with Dilfrina and it was truly a great and enriching experience. She started with complete basic stuff and spent a lot of time explaining things. I made quite a few dishes which turned out really well ! Now cooking curries and making chapatis does not seem difficult. She explained basic stuff like taking measurements, types of lentils and flavors. The best part was that it was a personalized experience. Her expertise lies in baking but I would definitely recommend her if you want to learn basic cooking. "

"I learnt to bake bread with Dilfrina. Her teaching style is completely hands-on. Once Dilfrina demonstrates how, the student once again has to do each step alone. This is a great way to learn and remember. It is the key difference between a good class and merely a cooking demo. Dilfrina is an extremely patient teacher who works with you until you get each step right I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn baking- she is equally good for basics as well as for advanced techniques. "Learnt baking breads and cookies from Dilfrina along with my family. Superb experience. She is truly amazing and complete hands-on instructor. We started from the basics - measuring the ingredients, mixing, kneading till baking. She is really knowledgeable. She also shared many tips which are really useful in baking. Our session lasted for 10.5 hours, but she was really patient with us till the end. If you are willing to learn from the best, you must attend Dilfrina's customized classes. "

"I attended Dilfrina's one day egg-less baking workshop and it was more than what I had expected. It was a great learning experience. Baked three different types of pizza's, a cake, cup cakes and two types of cookies. I stay in JP Nagar and was little reluctant to travel all the way to Old airport road but it was worth it. Now looking forward for more cooking and baking courses with her. "

"My 15 year old daughter and I attended a customized eggless baking and bread making session with Dilfrina and thoroughly enjoyed it. Dilfrina is a patient, knowledgeable teacher and took great pains to acquaint us with the science and art involved in baking. The course is well structured and we learnt the basics - the oven settings, types of baking trays, the importance of precise measurements etc in a very participative and hands -on class. The goody bag we took home at the end of the session was the icing on the cake! "

"Well I'm rather fond of parsi food and was keen on trying my hand at it. I learnt that Ms. Dilfrina conducts classes for the same and decided to go to her. To say the least I was mighty pleased and satisfied with what I learnt. I learnt French beans, veg dhansak, veg curry rice, cauliflower, veg cutlets (yummylicous) in savoury and parsi sev and parsi rava for sweet dish. It was an out n out fun learning experience :) She made me also try her orange cake, baingan ka achar (sounded weird to me at first but I totally fell in love with it once I had it. It's a must must try) and poha (very diff from the regular we get outside. The shredded coconut adds a nice taste to it). To sum it up I would totally recommend Ms. Dilfrina for her classes and give her thumbs up for her efforts. She's fun to chill and learn with. Makes the class easy and likeable. :) "

"Hi guys!!!!! If you people are really interested in cooking baking, learning some new techniques, surprising your loved ones, then Dilfrina is the real deal... learnt a whole lot of exciting, wonderful, yummy yet simple dishes. A home cook showcasing Restaurant quality type of cooking. This parsi Bawi sure knows to cook amazing typical parsi dishes known by everyone (dhansak, curry rice, wedding food) as well as the typical everyday home cooked meals. The best part is she can turn healthy tasteless bland food to gobsmacking finger licking dishes- thats modern cooking, the key to helping you eat healthy while enjoying your meal. I love to use her recipes when cooking oven roasted chicken and vegetables, marinara sauce pasta, biryani- food that doesn't normally spring to mind with healthy, but her recipes are ever so light and easy to digest... and cook!! Baked cauliflower and Alfredo pasta are always a crowd pleaser!! Attending her classes just for a couple of weekends also taught me how to balance my flavours whenever I went off track and the food tasted a bit weird or awkward.. not just savoury but she is THE QUEEN of desserts. Apple pie, banana cake, honey cake, orange cake, chocolate cakes, moose. Just followed her instructions step by step and the reaction that I got was PERFECTION from my critics... what else can I ask for... a big big thank u for guiding me all the way through... a huge fan of her cooking.. just keep cooking.. keep inspiring... you rock "

"I attended one of Dilfrina's Parsi cooking classes a few weeks ago and I found her to be very patient, engaging and knowledgeable. She started with the very basics and gave me great kitchen hacks and gave me a great window into the world of Parsi feasts. She planned the classes well and kept it lively throughout. I now feel like I can cook and serve up Parsi food to house guests confidently. "
