"I have been taking classes with Tripti online since November 2019 and in-person before that from 2017. Tripti is very knowledgeable and teaches everything with patience and in a manner that makes it easy to understand. Since the first month of taking classes, I checked my oxygen level at the hospital and it increased a lot because of the breathing exercises I practiced. Tripti also gives helpful recommendations regarding lifestyle. I overall had a positive experience with her. "
