All these practices help regulate our nervous system and promote stress relief & relaxation, anxiety relief, deep sleep, immune system boosting, gut balancing and overall wellbeing. Activating our breath through kriya help release toxins from our body and different organs also energising the body, the balancing breating practices promote deep rest and relaxation which aids in releasing stress from our bodies, bringing mental clarity and focus, balances the pranas or energy system in our bodies, healing the chakras for completele allignment of mind, body and soul. These are deeply healing and relaxing practices that has immense benefits on our overall health and wellbeing. I conduct weekend online classes 8-9am & 6-7pm Saturday & Sunday. 1 on 1 consultation and pesonalised guidance and practice sessions are also possible. Extremely beneficial for stress releif, anxity relief, nervous system regulation, mental clarity and focus, Awareness to breah and body.
