IdentityI have 10 years of working in one of the big 4 companies, interacting with people of different ethnicity and culture. I also have been actively part of soft skills development in my organisation helping people with business communication, articulation, presentation and personal development. I also designed courses and created materials for easy understanding of communication and self development. I am also a cultural ambassador in my organization, focusing on diversity and inclusion which gives me the experience and understanding to navigate through various situations that one might encounter in their daily lives.
My training style is very practical and interactive. I include presentations, visuals, case studies, quiz, role plays, assessments and home work. Working with multiple groups people helped me understand that each one has a different level of understanding and I will give individual attention to the student and work together in the pace that they are comfortable with.
With my experience, I have been able to help students transition from Campus to Corporate environment and employees to have better communication skills with their global teams, along with them having opportunities to travel internationally.
