Creative Writing refers to writing some literature, an art of sorts- the art of making things up. It's not academic or technical writing but rather imaginative and free writing. The purpose of Creative writing is to entertain and also share one's experiences. Some of the Creative writing are poetry, plays, fiction, songs, memoirs, travelogue, movie scripts etc.
