With 22 years of work experience in varied domains, I've found my passion with building and developing people through training. I started teaching in school as a teenager and moved on to teaching Conversational English to adults. Then learned and worked as a Medical Transcriptionist. After the company shut shop, joined the BPO sector. After about a year of taking calls, got promoted as a Quality Analyst. I then transitioned processes from UK. This was project in phases. Moved to Dubai and worked as a Project Coordinator for International Communication Services. The company closed operations in Dubai owing to the recession. Came back to India and worked as an Instructional Designer for an E learning company. Post which freelanced as a soft skills trainer and vendors with major companies like WNS, Axa, Accenture, Oracle, Infosys, etc. My last stint was with [24]7 as an Assistant Manager for Learning and Development for a little more than 5 years.
